JOB DESCRIPTION
Full-time remote role; preference for candidates in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, or Southeast Asia.
1. Event Planning and Coordination (50%):
- Maintain a comprehensive calendar for virtual and in-person events.
- Efficiently plan and execute Pollinate Impact activities, ensuring seamless virtual event execution.
- Oversee end-to-end planning and coordination of in-person events, including logistics and budget management.
- Define standard operating procedures for streamlined events management.
2. Brand Building & Member Engagement (30%):
- Represent Pollinate Impact at regional events and build rapport with the impact entrepreneurship community.
- Conceptualize and launch a member-only online portal, driving engagement and community building.
- Backstop for the Membership Coordinator and provide excellent customer service to members.
- Identify strategic opportunities to promote Pollinate Impact through partnerships and events.
3. Insights and Reporting (20%):
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from member feedback and surveys to track the Network's health.
- Develop and maintain a social network analysis of the Network.
- Document insights, progress, and action items from events and working groups.
- Contribute to regular reporting on achievements, key metrics, success stories, and emerging trends.
