A Business Consultant need to understand the best approach to architecture and development is through blending technologies and methodologies appropriate to the task at hand. The goal is to contribute to the clients' longlasting success to enable us to expand our business in Vietnam.
• Guide the client from the beginning of the project implementation through to the project cycle;
• Assist with the training, identifying gaps, documenting new business processes, writing functional design documents, testing, data migration, reporting, and recommending and building the financial or operations solutions;
• Review and map required business processes, communicate effectively with technical team to speak on system/environment architecture, development, integrations, and overall client requirements;
• Facilitate training and implementation strategy in terms of planning, delivery, and evaluation as desired for each line of business at customer’s site;
• Conduct and implement system integration as well as providing solution to customer for cost optimization;
• Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope
• Consistent hands-on case wellness, recovery and actional planning with senior technicians and board of management;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Meet with customers regularly, document all their needs about day to day operation and follow up their needs;
• Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support client work.
• Work with Regional Partner Sales Manager and another team members with a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Build client relationships and becomes a trusted advisor.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
• Graduates in Computers Science, IT Management or related IT field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience of project implementation: working directly with clients and deep knowledge, leading requirement gathering session, advising on how best to implement and maintain complex projects, translating needs and requirements into solutions and ensuring tractability and continuity are there throughout the project;
• Strong understanding of customer and partner business and IT environments, with proven record of delivering successful technical solutions;
• Demonstrated skills designing and developing technology in area(s) of specialization to solve business problems and help customers in enhancing existing applications; core skills must include Microsoft technology, with open source experience helpful;
• Excellent communicator - demonstrated experience standing in front of a room to either identify and collect requirements or to guide training and help users become confident working with the latest technology;
• Broad understanding across the Microsoft Development toolset:
• Cloud Technologies (Azure)
• Skills on projects targeting a variety of form factors (e.g. Mobile, IoT)
• Development Languages (e.g. C#)
• Application Lifecycle Management (e.g. Agile, TFS etc.)
• Solution Architecture (e.g. SOA, Enterprise Architecture)
• A business consultant must be constantly update himself with the latest releases and updates in new technologies
• Flexible work approaches with strong proactivity and inclination to resolving customer situations
• Some travel may be required.
NICE TO HAVE:
• 4+ years working experience within IT Operations or infrastructure services support
• IT Functional knowledge (CRM/ERP Administration, SQL, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, IIS, AD, MS Server, ITSM, Managing and IT environment)
• Understand of System Architecture concepts, ITSM\ITIL processes and availability management
• Obtain at least one of following Microsoft certificates: MCITP, MCSE, Azure, Office Commercial, Dynamics CRM, ERP certificates or other equivalent certificates
• Experience in administration one of systems like Security, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud, Distributed Storage, Networking, Backup systems.
• Good understanding of PMP
