Job description
- Consulting product packages, programs, courses for customers by phone.
- Customer data is available by the company, the work is handled on the CRM system.
- Care and support to answer customer questions via phone/chat channels.
- Invite customers to participate in the entrance test, trial lesson or schedule a consultation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage customers to return.
- Ensure targets are assigned monthly/quarterly from management.
- And other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Request
- From 1 year of sales/telesales experience (priority is given to candidates who have worked in educational products)
- Experience in customer service and sales skills (telesales, telemarketing) is an advantage.
- Love the educational environment, working with customers who are students and parents.
- Good communication, standard voice, inspiring, build trust with customers.
- Work well under pressure, show enthusiasm for work.
- Has an approachable, friendly demeanor. Attitude for money, optimism and positivity at work.
- Accept new graduates, no experience but love doing business and working with customers.
Right
- Basic salary: 7,000,000 VND – 10,000,000 VND / month.
- Probationary with 100% solid salary
- Revenue bonus: current average income is 15,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND
