- Receive and handle customer issues and complaints related to the company's products and services.
- Consulting suitable solutions to solve problems for customers.
- Analyze and clarify the causes leading to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Support to open and maintain accounts for customers.
- Answering messages and consulting, answering all questions of customers before, during and after using products/services.
- Continuously monitor to correct and promptly adjust problems arising in the process of customers using products/services.
- Handle calls, act as a bridge between customers and related departments.
- Support customers to place orders, deal with exchange, refund or cancel orders.
- Advising on discounts and promotions for customers.
- Collect, research and analyze customer needs, as a basis for proposing business development strategies to superiors.
- Attract and find potential customers, optimize sales.
- Contribute ideas and make efforts to complete all assigned tasks.
- Representing gratitude gifts, maintaining good relationships with customers on special occasions such as holidays, Tet, birthdays, etc.
- Work on the principle of respecting the regulations, policies and culture of your business.

WORKING TIME:
From Monday to Saturday (Sun and public holidays off)
+ AM: 7:30 am - 11:30 am
+ PM 13:30 - 17:30
CONDITION
- Age from 22 to 35 years old
- GRADUATE 3 and above
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- RESPONSIBLE IN WORK, PRIORITY
