Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure they align with quality standards and project plans. Implement quality control processes, and conduct inspections. Ensure all work conducted meets regulations and industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure they align with quality standards and project plans.

• Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities (Prepare daily /weekly/monthly reports).
• Control sub-contractor and workers at site.
• Complete and maintain detailed records of site activities, design, materials and any changes made to project plans.
• Other duties as required by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years experience (focus on directly supervising construction at site).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Environmental Engineering.
• Have a good understanding and demonstrative experience of Water & Wastewater treatment projects.
• Ability to form strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Create 2D shop drawings and isometric drawings from 3D models.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Good English skills.
• Able to work a long time at site.
• Independent and teamwork capabilities.
• Extra hours may be required when nearing the completion of a project.
