JOB SUMMARY:
Identify new markets, visit clients/distributors, verify needs, and prepare quotations, collaborating across departments to implement business plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new markets, visit clients/distributors, verify needs, and prepare quotations.
- Collaborate across departments to implement business plans.
- Handle receivables, negotiate, and close contracts.
- Maintain contact with sales partners, distributors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate and build distributor partnerships.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly with internal coordination.
- Follow up with clients, seek new ones, and update CRM.
- Prepare sales and business reports.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: Junior Level: 24-27 years old; Senior Level: 25-35 years old.
- University degree or above. Majors in Automation, Machinery, Electronics, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Junior Level: At least 1 year of experience in a same position; Senior Level: 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong business communication skills and professional manners.
- Proficient in English communicate (business level).
- Willing to travel for domestic and overseas business trips.
- B2B sales experience in the seafood industry.
- Solid computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Knowledge in sales management, customer relationship building, basic business operations, import-export, and mechanical concepts.
- Outgoing, sociable personality, enjoys meeting and working with people.
- Candidates from the Mekong Delta region are preferred.
