Job description
- Participate in surveys, evaluations, and analyses, and provide appropriate technical solutions to meet customer needs in digital transformation during production operations.
- Evaluate, shape, and develop the digital transformation process into production techniques for the company's international partners.
- Management, supervision, and training for team members to improve problem-solving skills in the digital transformation of modern production lines. In charge of dealing with technical issues that arise in the company's digital transformation projects. Report to the board of directors on the project's plan, process, level, and progress.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in digital or production engineering.
- Be in good enough health to travel internationally.
- Fluent in English for economic, financial, technical, information technology, cultural, and social issues, including listening, speaking, reading, writing, and understanding. IELTS 7.0 or higher is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the field of digital transformation into production engineering for international manufacturing companies in foreign companies is required. Having experience in dealing with problems that arise in the application of digital transformation in the field of production engineering will allow team members to easily exchange and lead team members to improve their digital skills and reduce risks for projects that the company signs cooperation with international customers.
- Experienced in management, team leadership, and working independently.
