Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
To ensure reliability, we must be able to provide 24/7 customer service
Coordinate with other departments to address and resolve important issues, identifying and addressing root causes for effective problem resolution
Contribute to the development and implementation of work improvement initiatives or business objectives by recommending, giving ideas, providing feedback, and so on
Assist with data collection. Provide daily, weekly, or monthly data consolidation, and analyze reports when required

Schedule: Shifting Schedule (5 days, 2 days off)

REQUIREMENT
Vietnamese nationals willing to relocate to the Philippines
English basic communication skills
6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service
