JOB SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for driving Freshdis user growth and engagement across the entire funnel from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization. This full-time role combines marketing, data, and product growth, ideal for candidates passionate about experimentation, analytics, and measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and optimize the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral).
- Design and execute growth experiments such as landing pages, onboarding flows, and viral loops.
- Collaborate with the Product team to improve user experience and activation rate.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, social, content, partnerships, affiliate).
- Optimize onboarding flows for Buyers and Suppliers to boost verification rate.
- Build automated engagement journeys via email, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
- Identify behavioral signals to trigger reactivation or upgrade campaigns.
- Develop strategies to convert Free Verified Premium users.
- Analyze data to detect funnel drop-offs and propose product/content improvements.
- Build dashboards to track DAU/MAU, CAC, conversion rate, and feature adoption.
- Monitor performance through GA4, CRM, and internal analytics systems.
- Work with the CS team to translate insights into concrete retention actions.
REQUIREMENTS:
