I. Job Description:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly, quick and enthusiastic manner;
Calculating money and introducing products and promotions to customers;
Cleaning goods, shelves, working areas at the store;
Arrange, supplement and display goods in accordance with Company standards;
Other tasks as directed/requested by Manager.
II. Working time:
Working in shifts, rotating shifts as assigned by the Store Manager:
_ Full-time employee: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
(Shift 1: From 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Shift 2: from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Shift 3: From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
_ Part-time employee: 4-7 hours/day, at least 5 days/week.
III. Salary and benefits:
Salary: Up to VND/month (Basic Salary + Rice allowance) + Bonus based on sales.
To be entitled to an additional salary in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law when working overtime, and on New Year's holidays.
Additional support when working at some stores in District 7,8, Binh Chanh up to 500,000 VND.
Enjoy 12 days of annual leave and other types of insurance as required by the State after signing an official labor contract.
Participate in a training course for sales staff when taking a job.
A clear promotion path to higher positions such as Shift Manager, Store Manager and many other positions in the Company;
Each year is considered for salary increase and to attend the year-end staff party.
IV. Request:
No experience required (Training will be provided upon acceptance)
Good communication skills and high sense of responsibility
Positive, meticulous and careful working attitude;
Able to meet rotating shifts at
Able to work night shift (from 10pm to 6am)
Able to work away from home from 5 to 7 km
