Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Identify new markets, visit clients/distributors, verify needs, and prepare quotations, collaborating across departments to implement business plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify new markets, visit clients/distributors, verify needs, and prepare quotations.
Collaborate across departments to implement business plans.
Handle receivables, negotiate, and close contracts.
Maintain contact with sales partners, distributors, and suppliers.
Negotiate and build distributor partnerships.
Resolve customer complaints promptly with internal coordination.
Follow up with clients, seek new ones, and update CRM.
Prepare sales and business reports.
Perform other assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Age: Junior Level: 24-27 years old; Senior Level: 25-35 years old.
University degree or above. Majors in Automation, Machinery, Electronics, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields are a plus.
Experience: Junior Level: At least 1 year of experience in a same position; Senior Level: 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
Strong business communication skills and professional manners.
Proficient in English communicate (business level).
Willing to travel for domestic and overseas business trips.
B2B sales experience in the seafood industry.
Solid computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
Knowledge in sales management, customer relationship building, basic business operations, import-export, and mechanical concepts.
Outgoing, sociable personality, enjoys meeting and working with people.
Candidates from the Mekong Delta region are preferred.
