1. Perform tasks to ensure smooth operation at the Shop and Bistro.
- Pay the customer for the goods.
- Responsible for inspecting and controlling all goods in the shop and raw materials at the Bistro.
- The point of contact for receiving goods from suppliers or the main warehouse.
- Arrange merchandise according to the shop and bistro's established standards: Neat, organized, clean, and other standards.
- Inventory checks are conducted periodically and on an ad-hoc basis as requested by the Market Management Department.
2. Preparation and control of raw materials:
- Keep ingredients fresh, check them daily to minimize spoilage and waste.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels daily, place orders for raw materials, and replenish supplies promptly to avoid shortages.
3. Welcoming customers
- Provide product recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Answering customer questions.
- Take orders and serve food/drinks to customers.
4. Adhere to and ensure compliance with the Customer Service Standards, and other company procedures/regulations/rules/internal policies.
5. Perform other support tasks as assigned and directed by the direct supervisor, according to the vertical management structure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational qualifications/certificates
- High school diploma or higher.
2. Work experience
- At least 6 months of experience in an organization related to supermarket distribution of food products. Preference will be given to those in the F&B (Food and Beverage) sector.
3. Knowledge/Professional Competence/Skills
3.1. Knowledge
- Knowledge of food products is essential. Basic knowledge of vegetarian/macrobiotic products is preferred.
- Knowledge about a natural, chemical-free lifestyle.
- Proficient in using computers.
- Basic Word and Excel skills.
