JOB DESCRIPTION

Consult information related to product characteristics, features, instructions for use.
Provide customers with product information, order information and promotions (if any), …
Check the regulations and convince customers to limit the situation of Cancellation-Exchange-Return of products
Receiving customer complaints; At the same time, fully record the content reflected into the system
Make a call to survey customer information (if any)
Make daily call content statistics report
Support the arising tasks assigned by the Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Male/Female aged 18. Graduated from high school or higher.
Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
