Job Description

Welcome guests, guide them to tables and give menus to guests.
Answer customer questions (food ingredients, drinks, cooking methods...)
Get information about dishes and drinks currently available in the restaurant.
Record orders professionally and completely using a Pos order machine or order book. Content needs to be guaranteed
Right dish, right quantity of dishes, drinks, order time, table number, carefully note the customer's requests and send the order to the kitchen department.
Proficiently use ordering tools (if any).
Introduce the restaurant's best sellers and signature dishes to guests expertly.
Receive and carefully check the food and drinks (the food is correct, the food is not burned or has a strange smell) before bringing it to the table for guests.
Serve the right dish, to the right table, monitor and check if any table orders but does not have the dish or immediately change if there are errors.
Provide alcoholic beverage service responsibly.
Check to see if diners are satisfied with the food.
Prepare and check the bill carefully before bringing it to the table for guests.
Pay accurately and quickly according to the amount stated on the invoice.
Capture changes on the table such as number of guests, order changes...
Keep the work area clean and airy.
Serving guests throughout the meal, assisting guests when needed.
Pay attention, prepare extra cups, chopsticks, pour water, add ice if needed.
Coordinate and support with other departments such as cashier, manager, kitchen department when customers order, have special requests or change dishes, combine tables, separate tables...
Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
