- Job details:
- Plan and implement marketing content for products (packaging machines, conveyor belts, weighing systems, etc.).
- Manage online channels: Website, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
- Write SEO articles, post product descriptions and real-world case studies.
- Coordinate filming and video editing (3D animation, reality video).
- Identify potential customers through online channels (inbound marketing).
- Sales support: preparing documents, catalogs, proposals, and quotations.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize content.
- Job requirements:
- University graduate (preferably in Marketing, Economics, or Engineering)
- Develop a marketing mindset focused on attracting customers (not just simply posting content).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content creation, and social media.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in video editing, using Canva, CapCut, or other design software.
- Not afraid to learn about technical products.
- Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0/4.0 or higher
- Benefits received:
Fixed salary: 8 – 15 million VND (depending on ability) Bonus based on KPIs + project bonuses.
Trained in technical product knowledge and B2B marketing mindset.
Work directly with the founder.
There is an opportunity for promotion to Team Leader/Department Head position if performance is good.
