Job Description

■Job Description:
- Handle assigned accounts & projects under the supervision of Project Manager
- Checking and reporting on the project progress
- Present and consult clients on social media and digital marketing strategies
- Briefing the creative team who will produce the creative works
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met

Key Challenges:
- Commit scope of work and timeline
- Convince clients with agency's suggestions
- Solve ad hoc problems internally (creative, production) and external (client)

■Requirements
- TOEIC 700 or equivalent English proficiency certification.
- A minimum of 1 year experience of having worked in an agency environment as an Account Executive.
Preferred:
- Japanese proficiency (JLPT: N4 or above)
- Experience working for Japanese company in Vietnam under a Japanese boss.
- Practical experience with content management, Google Analytics, SEO.
- Experience in working professionally with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-related skills.
- Ability to take action not only for his/her own success but also for the success of the entire project / team
- Problem-solving skills: Instead of just dealing with encountered problem, you can approach the cause of the problem by understanding its mechanism, then think of the solution for the whole process.
