JOB DESCRIPTION:- Looking for customers with transportation needs, freight forwarding by land, sea, air.
- Introduce the company's services, offer freight and services.
- Prepare a draft contract after the customer has agreed on the basic, transfer it to the Sales Team Leader for comments on the contract terms. Prepare contract signing procedures, save a copy of the contract.
- Directly perform and urge the performance of the contract, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.
- Track the shipment when the customer uses the service from the time the customer requests the booking to the time the customer pays the freight.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time….
- Follow up the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to urge the debt.
- Keep old customers, establish relationships with potential customers and new customers.
- Make weekly and monthly work plans and submit them to the head of the department for approval.
- Understanding the market in the field of Logistics of competitors. - Report to the Management Department when urgent cases arise.
- Perform other arising work.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: - Graduated from University or College majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Commerce.
- Personal skills: Good communication skills, good persuasion. Have a clear direction.
- Able to work under pressure and always try to fulfill monthly targets.
