Job Description

Customer Development

+ Search and approach customers.

+ Introduce products, consult suitable solutions and quote.

+ Persuade customers, negotiate and support contract signing.

Customer care and management

+ Maintain relationships with existing customers, after-sales care.

+ Resolve customer complaints and feedback if any.

+ Urge debt collection, coordinate with accountant to monitor payment.

Market analysis and solution proposal

+ Grasp market information, competitors and customer needs.

+ Propose sales strategies or business solutions suitable to the actual situation.

+ Periodic revenue reporting and analysis of results against plan.

Internal cooperation and other work

+ Closely coordinate with departments: accounting, delivery, engineering to ensure progress and service quality.

+ Perform other tasks as required by superiors within the scope of business operations.
