1. Human resources:
- Recruitment: Receive recruitment needs of departments, synthesize and report to the Director to implement recruitment plans according to the Recruitment Process.
- Labor contract: Establish probationary labor contract and official contract for employees.
- Employee records storage
- Timekeeping, monthly salary calculation.
- Implement social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies: Responsible for reporting increases and decreases in insurance, maternity benefits, sick leave benefits for employees in accordance with regulations, and other policies for employees when they arise.
- Develop and supervise the implementation of the company's issued rules and regulations.
2. Administrative work
- Manage and monitor administrative costs: electricity, water, phone, gasoline
- Receive and store incoming and outgoing documents.
- Photocopy, print company documents and records.
- Purchase of machinery and stationery
- Organize and carry out festivals, year-end parties, funerals, weddings, movements and events according to the company's requirements.
- Manage seals and assets, vehicles and equipment serving the business's work.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
