- Receive, check the status and process orders, answer questions and complaints of customers
- Coordinate with shipping partners on orders (handling cases where customers do not answer the phone / change delivery time / wrong address / phone number ..) to ensure successful orders
- Control the returned goods due to failure to deliver the goods, work with the internal warehouse department and the carrier to manage this quantity.
- Synthesize, check and reconcile monthly shipping fees and settle with shipping units
- Implement cskh and sales promotion programs by week, month and year
- Statistical reports as required
- Proposing cskh programs, increasing customer satisfaction and experience on each channel and each region.
