JOB DETAILS:
This role involves greeting customers, advising them on suitable electric motorcycle models, and introducing features, advantages, prices, and promotions. You will also assist customers with test rides and provide guidance on usage and maintenance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers and understand their needs. Advise them on suitable electric motorcycle models.
- Introduce features, advantages, pricing, and promotional programs. Assist customers with test drives (if available). Finalize the sale, create invoices, and guide customers through the payment process.
- Instruct customers on how to use the vehicle, charge the battery, and perform maintenance. Answer questions and handle customer feedback.
- Manage merchandise and store inventory, arrange vehicles, and display products according to standards. Conduct inventory checks of vehicles, accessories, batteries, and chargers.
REQUEST:
- Male/Female, graduated from vocational school or higher.
- Pleasant appearance, no speech impediment.
- Experience preferred: motorbike, electric motorbike, mobile phone, electronics. No experience is required; training will be provided.
- Communication skills: Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
- Personal qualities: Honesty, responsibility, dedication, and a thirst for learning.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: proficiency in Sales Skills, understanding of Persuasion, experience in Consulting, and the ability to utilize Interpersonal Skills.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: sales staff management, understanding of electronics sales, relevant sales knowledge, experience working with online sales, and proficiency in sales administration.
