On-call duty monitors and tracks the operational status of systems, networks, and applications in real time.
Utilize monitoring platforms to receive alerts, respond to issues, and resolve problems as soon as they arise.
Handle and record common incidents; create shift logs, incident forms, and incident summary reports .
Collaborate with the Operations and Development (R&D) department to assess the root causes of incidents, optimize alert rules, and optimize handling procedures.
Provide technical support and coordinate the handling of requests from B2B customers when needed.
Graduated from college or higher (IT or related field is an advantage).
Proficient in using office software: Excel, Word .
Logical thinking, the ability to locate and analyze fundamental problems .
Highly responsible and willing to work shifts , night shifts, and on holidays.
No experience required (training will be provided).
Free training , guided from basic to practical levels.
