Job Description

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

WORK CONTENT
The Chief Accountant is the head of the Company's accounting apparatus, responsible for all corporate finance and accounting activities:

Responsible for organizing, directing the implementation and management of financial and accounting work throughout the Company;
Receive information, coordinate with relevant parties (Sales, Purchasing, Customers, Suppliers/Firms...) in checking accurate and reasonable calculations of prices, receivables and payables …
Control arising activities related to finance, invoices and goods, Salary - Finalization of personal income tax, corporate income tax, annual financial statements.
Improve, complete, and organize the implementation of accounting procedures to meet management requirements, ensuring accurate, truthful, timely, and complete recording and calculation of data throughout the entire operating process. business activities throughout the Company;
Control the correctness of production cost accounting and allocation of production costs to cost items;
Advise the Board of Directors on financial strategic planning, analysis and control of the Company's budget;
Collect, store, secure, and process information, data, and accounting documents related to business operations;
Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.

DETAILED REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

Priority is given to candidates with experience in accounting in the field of manufacturing related to furniture, construction materials or related industries;
Graduated from University or College majoring in Accounting; Having a chief accountant certificate is an advantage;
Understanding of Vietnam's laws, tax and financial policies;
Proficient in office information technology and accounting software;
Honest, straightforward, careful, highly responsible for assigned work.
