Job Description

■Job description
Participate as a member of the Design team in the Marketing department, coordinating with the team in company campaigns. Main role: create, create ideas and design images for marketing activities; Understand the company and customer experience to provide appropriate and consistent design direction for the brand image.

- Team structure: This side operates in the scrum master model.

■REQUIREMENTS
* About skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Work in groups with Marketing team members and provide professional advice on ideas, concepts and directions for brand image; Know how to improve design images based on feedback and evaluation from the Marketing team.
- Creativity, ideation/concept, presentation and design for the image of Marketing activities.
- Understanding of interface forms on Digital Marketing channels including: Blog, Facebook, Website, Landing page, PR articles,...
- Proficient in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and similar graphic software.
- Having video making skills and/or UI/UX design experience is a plus.

* Personality:
- Creative, with good taste in design and graphics.
- Sensitive and open to absorbing new things and learning new skills.
- Know how to listen, be ready to absorb and continuously improve to be better.
- Confidently express personal opinions and willing to receive opinions from others to develop yourself.

■Salary in NET/gross : $ $ Net salary
■Working time: Full Time - Working remotely. 5 days per week/ 8 hours per day.
