Job description
Provide post-implementation support and training to clients on system usage.
Conduct follow-up meetings to understand customer challenges and suggest effective solutions.
Support the sales team with product demos and client presentations.
Create and update user manuals or documentation as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Occasionally travel to client sites for direct support or seminars.
Requirements
Must Have:
Bachelors degree in relevant field
Has 23 years of experience in the IT/SaaS field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Growth mindset and willingness to learn
Able to think from the customers perspective and act proactively
Sincere, responsible, and team-oriented personality
Interest in consulting and technology
Languages
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Nice to Have
Have experience in negotiating with customers.
Salary:
20M - 35M VND (Gross)
Working time: Mon - Fri: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Onsite office full-time
