Production of AAA titles (Japanese anime-style)
Direction and supervision of 3D production
Requirements
Language: English (daily communication level)
Familiar with Japanese projects
Several years of experience working with Japanese-style designs
Can be from a Vietnamese company, but must have experience handling Japanese projects
Able to both direct and create assets independently
Experience using game engine tools (eg, Unity)
Capable of rigging and skinning
Experience as a team leader or in a guidance role
Personality:
Highly motivated and eager to grow
Salary in Gross: nego
Working Condition
From 7am - 4pm, Closed: Saturday & Sunday
This position is closed on Japanese calendar and Vietnamese New Year holiday.
No Vietnamese holidays (number of days off is more than Vietnam's holiday schedule), will be considered overtime if working on Vietnam's holidays (x3 times salary)
