- Being Personal Assistant for General Manager
- Organizing schedule for GM (meeting, business trip,...)
- Being a coordinator between GM and other departments
- Recaps all internal meetings with the participation of GM
- Co-operate with Admin/ HR to handle personal docs of expats include visa, work permits, TR Card and renew office license once expired
- Doing simple employment report and annual report to Trade Industry Service as a template
- Handling translation task.
- Others tasks assigned by GM
REQUIREMENT:
- Good at English or other foreign languages
- MS office
- Communication skills
- Organizing skills
