Job Deccription
Handle travel requests assigned by the department manager. Determine clients' needs, providing advice and relevant recommendations; design bespoke travel itineraries according to customer preferences (Interests, expectations, budget, etc.)
Proactively collaborate with the Product team and/or local suppliers to create exclusive experiences to accommodate respective requests.
Coordinate with the respective relevant department to make travel arrangements including flight ticket reservations, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, sightseeing tours, and other services such as rentals of cars or boats.
Follow-up payment with customers.
Host and respond to all customers’ phone calls/online meetings in a timely manner, professionally and courteously upon request.
Collaborate with the respective relevant department to resolve any problem may arise on the ground, and be the reporting line to the agent on a regular basic.
Ensure bookings are loaded in the company system and filed properly in the server.
Maintain a professional image and good relationship with our customers.
Prepare monthly reports.
Participate in all educational opportunities and business trips as required.
Other tasks assigned by the Leisure/General Manager.
