JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our SEO team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks, coordinating execution between various teams, and assisting with reporting and documentation to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Team & Workflow Management
• Manage daily and weekly task allocation across the SEO team
• Track team progress, flag blockers early, and escalate when needed
• Support the SEO Director in running planning and review meetings
• Document meeting notes, decisions, and action items and ensure follow-through
• Execution Coordination
• Translate SEO strategy from the Director into clear task briefs for Specialists
• Coordinate between SEO, Content, and Engineering teams to keep pipelines moving
• Monitor execution quality and flag issues before they affect performance
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain internal documentation: SOPs, workflows, and project trackers
• Consolidate team performance updates for the SEO Director on a regular cadence
• Support the Director in preparing reports and insights for stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals: enough to follow technical discussions, brief specialists, and review output quality
• Strong organizational and communication skills: able to manage multiple workstreams without losing detail
• Experience documenting processes, meeting notes, and task management
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high content volume
• Preferred
• Experience in a coordination, operations, or project management role within a marketing or agency context
• Familiarity with large-scale content operations or SEO automation projects
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members

• In terms of skills, candidates should have: experienced with Wordpress, knowledge of SEO/SEM, and able to use SEO website.

• Additionally, candidates should have knowledge related to SEO Marketing, understanding of Trưởng nhóm/ Leader, along with strong grasp of Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
