NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Develop the sales plans in coordination with other staff to bring utmost efficiency and improve potentiality.
- Develop the standards for Sales and Marketing and benchmark rates across the locations.
- Monitor the service and performance of the team by constant feedback from client and ensure the client is satisfied as agreed during finalization of the deal.
- Monitor the functioning of the sales department on daily basis and report to superiors.
- Ensure that services are delivered as expected by the client, if any discrepancies found, immediately inform the Superiors/Management.
- Conducting weekly/ monthly meeting of all employees to evaluate the overall performance of the them and forward the MOM to management.
- Identify training requirements of the team members and propose to the superiors.
- Achieve own target set by the Management every month.
