JOB SUMMARY:

This role involves assisting customers with product selection, arranging merchandise, managing inventory, processing transactions, and answering product-related questions. You will also participate in sales promotions and campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in selecting products. Arrange and display merchandise according to company standards.
• Track and manage inventory, promptly notifying management of needed stock.
• Process transactions and issue receipts.
• Answer customer questions about products and sales policies.
• Participate in sales promotions and campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants should be between 18-30 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess excellent communication skills, energy, and a sales-oriented mindset.
• Problem-solving and persuasion skills are valuable assets.
• While prior experience is a plus, comprehensive training is offered.

We are looking for candidates possessing abilities such as: experienced with Kỹ Năng Bán Hàng, proficient in Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp, knowledge of Không Cần Kinh Nghiệm, familiar with Xử Lý Tình Huống and Thuyết Phục.

We also consider factors such as: understanding of Sales, knowledge related to Cộng Tác Viên, experience with Nhân Viên Bán Hàng, understanding of Bán Hàng Online and Parttime.
