B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the overall operation team (Livestream, Content, E-com Ops), ensuring growth and effective performance across platforms.
1/ Livestream Ops (30%): - Build the livestream schedule.
- Manage freelance hosts & co-hosts.
- Track livestream KPIs (viewers, GMV, conversion).
2/ Content Marketing (30%): - Plan key visual & content for campaigns.
- Ensure content quality and brand consistency.
- Track traffic, CTR, CVR.
3/ Ecommerce Planning & Performance (30%): - Create monthly sales planning.
- Manage promotions according to platform calendars.
- Track and optimize platform performance.
4/ Team Management (10%): - Manage workload & tasks.
- Evaluate team performance.
C, REQUIREMENT: - Min 4+ years in e-commerce operations or livestream performance.
- Experience managing small teams.
- Strong planning and data-analysis mindset.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and livestreaming tools.
- Experience working with major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Existing network of contacts within the e-commerce and retail industry is the plus.
