Mô tả công việc

1. Planning (Weekly and Monthly - % weight: 5%)
• Monthly sales Plan - Weekly Plan
2. Lead generation (Daily - % weight: 35%)
• Do Telesales
• Support sales activation event
• Build good relationship with all account to increase loyalty and get referral
3. Consultation (Daily - % weight: 35%)
• Pre-consultation and make appointment
• Consult to course to the parents
• Drive sales to achieve target
4. Handle customer payment for new customers (Daily - % weight: 20%)
• Handle payments on system
• Hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO
5. Management (Weekly - % weight: 5%)
• Manage lead and take action on time
• Prepare weekly and monthly leads and sales report to sales manager
6. KPIs
• Monthly Lead Target
• Monthly sales target
• Closing rate target
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
• College/University graduated is an advantage
2. Experience
• Sales experience, including in counselling, advising and customer service
• Good product knowledge
• Sales orientation
• Technical skills
• Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office
3. Soft Skills
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player, interacts well with people of all levels
• Strong sales and customer service focus
