JOB SUMMARY:
This position involves analyzing and managing manufacturing processes, supervising employees, and improving production line efficiency. The role requires evaluation of motor production lines and assisting the Japanese Factory Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis, Analyis manufaturing,management and supervise of employees
- Responsible for the manufacturing technique of the line and supervise to achieve daily productivity
- Based on manufaturing technology, consider to improve production line
- Evaluate the efficiency of Motor production line
- Confirm the results of the production line improvement
- Asistant for Japansese Factory Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Not required
- Major: Mechatronics, Electric - Electronics
- Language: Japanese (N3~)
- Gender & Age: Male 35~50
- Experiences: 3 years in Electronic field
- Computing skills: MS Office Proficiency
- Soft skills: Leadership, Communication, Analysis
- Characteristics : Leadership, Communication,Management,Observation
- Others: Must have experience about manufacturing technology and Manage production labor costs
In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Kỹ thuật Điện Tử, experienced with Tự Động Hóa, knowledge of Quy Trình Kỹ Thuật, able to use PLC and Chế Tạo Mạch Điện. Additionally, candidates should have knowledge related to Điện Tử, understanding of CNC, strong grasp of Cơ Khí, as well as experience with Kỹ Sư Sản Xuất and Kỹ Sư khác.
