• Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Customer Focus
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, responding promptly to feedback and issues.
  • Work closely with Sales and R&D teams to identify market opportunities, support product innovation, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives to improve service quality, responsiveness, and overall customer experience.
• Financial Management
  • Develop and manage annual budgets aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to maintain profitability and financial sustainability.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead forecasting and financial planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Management
  • Oversee procurement, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials.
  • Manage inventory planning and stock control to balance production continuity with optimal working capital.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure operational stability.
  • Collaborate with logistics and production teams to optimize material flow, storage, and distribution efficiency.
