Client Profile

Our client is a subsidiary of a well-established South Korean industrial group with strong operations across Asia. Their Vietnam branch plays a vital role in supporting the regional logistics and metal processing sectors.

To support business growth and internal expansion, they are looking to onboard a Financial Assistant member to join their core finance department.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role involves cross-functional support in financial operations, tax accounting, and bank transactions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and familiar with the accounting practices of manufacturing businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily financial and tax operations (VAT, PIT, CIT reporting).
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audits and inspections.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting regulations.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Career stability: consistent work history with clear reasons for any job changes.
• Preferred: Experience working at Korean manufacturing companies.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and banking processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• C.A Certificate is a plus.
• Location flexibility: Based in Vung Tau or Dong Nai, able to work in HCMC short-term and relocate to Vung Tau later.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Vietnamese
