RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide fun, engaging and high-quality lessons to improve the English language learning experience.
• Prepare and deliver lessons according to the established syllabus, using a flexible and creative approach where appropriate to ensure you are meeting the educational needs of your students.
• Teach one of or a combination of elementary, secondary and high-school ages with a mixed-level ability, and be prepared to teach class sizes of 40 students and above.
• Update student records and track their progress as needed and provide meaningful feedback on student assessments to help them improve.
• Be proactive in using provided teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in classroom observations and engage in constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Join extracurricular events and activities organized by the school, contributing to students' overall development.
• Take part in social activities for teachers to grow your network and share your experience with other foreign teachers.
• Attend training sessions and workshops throughout the year to continuously develop your teaching skills.
• Regularly review and adjust your teaching methods to ensure students' learning needs are met effectively.
• Dress professionally and maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive environment in the classroom, ensuring students feel encouraged and valued.
