Spotless Candle đang tìm kiếm một Chuyên viên quảng cáo PPC năng động, có kinh nghiệm để quản lý và tối ưu hóa các chiến dịch quảng cáo Amazon cho thị trường Hoa Kỳ.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team: supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Identify new business opportunities, approach potential clients, and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Accounting, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth operation and service delivery.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to propose improvement plans.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors on sales results and business strategies.
- Support source suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements for company products and services.
YÊU CẦU:
Về mặt kỹ năng, ứng viên cần có: kỹ năng quản lý, kỹ năng bán hàng, kiến thức về đàm phán, thành thạo quan hệ khách hàng và khả năng lãnh đạo. Để đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc, cần có hiểu biết về: sales, sales manager, phát triển kinh doanh, quản lý và quan hệ khách hàng.QUYỀN LỢI ĐƯỢC HƯỞNG:
