JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an assistant to handle sales support and communication with existing clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with clients in Vietnamese and translate it to us(chat, calls)
- Follow up with existing customers
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
REQUIREMENTS:
In terms of skills, candidates should have: experienced with xử lý tình huống, knowledge of tiếng Anh, proficient in kỹ năng giao tiếp, able to use kỹ năng bán hàng as well as làm việc độc lập. Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: chăm sóc khách hàng, tiếp thị, tư vấn doanh nghiệp (B2B), bán hàng online as well as hỗ trợ kinh doanh.BENEFITS:
