Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, primarily in the property, financial institution, and lifestyle sectors, etc.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives, leveraging a mix of social media marketing, performance advertising, and other relevant channels.
Drive social media campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring optimal engagement, brand consistency, and performance across platforms.
Oversee performance marketing initiatives, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and retargeting efforts, to maximize lead generation and conversions.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, tailor marketing strategies, and provide regular updates on campaign performance and insights.
Lead client presentations and communication, fostering strong relationships and providing strategic recommendations for campaign improvements.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, keeping clients informed of emerging opportunities and best practices.
Drive growth and revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Work closely with the Managing Director and CEO to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
