• Contact, receive and process sale orders from customers and sales team;
• Check & update selling price into system, process quotation;
• Coordinate with sourcing team to update status of product;
• Coordinate with accounting team to follow up invoice, delivery note, debt collection;
• Check stock to place shipment and take action with sales team to push the sales;
• Do sales reports, analysis, sales forecast and monitor actual sales vs target;
• Customer service and relationship management;
• Handle and manage all administrative works efficiency;
• Perform other tasks assigned by Sales Director;
