JOB SUMMARY:
Hiring: Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles. Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to attract high-quality candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate personas.
- Provide market insights and hiring strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to enhance the company's online employer brand.
- Leverage online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels, to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and achievements.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.
- General:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Utilize HR internal systems to manage employee data effectively and analyze employee data for reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events and activities that foster a positive work environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Prepare administrative documents, obtain necessary approvals from management, and file documents appropriately.
- Process purchase orders for the office.
- Assist in scheduling various meetings and employee programs/events in compliance with company needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from University.
- Female.
- 10 years of HR/TA experience including 6 years of experience recruiting IT engineers.
- Min 2 years of team leader experience (multiple companies preferred).
- Have an excellent track record as a recruiter (achieving KPIs, etc.)
- English or Japanese proficiency is at business level or higher (e.g. English: TOEIC 700 or higher, Japanese: N2 or higher).
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: experienced with Đàm Phán, N2, proficient in Tiếng Nhật, knowledge of Tiếng Anh and Lãnh Đạo.
