仕事内容

- 求人詳細：

-計画の策定と生産スケジュールの編成

-製造工程を監督する

・ばね成形（コイルばね／伸縮ばね／圧縮ばね）用の機械のセットアップ

機械の調整、熱処理、表面処理

顧客の図面に基づいてプロトタイプを作成する

-QEHS（品質、環境、安全衛生）を維持する

-プロセス最適化：製造ワークフローを設計・マッピングし、ライン速度の向上、ボトルネックの解消、無駄の最小化を図る。

-設備・資産管理：予期せぬダウンタイムを防ぐための予防保全プログラムの開発と機械のトラブルシューティング、生産設備の修理と定期メンテナンスの手配

品質保証：製造基準の設定、製造上のエラーのトラブルシューティング、試作品に関する品質調査の実施

-部門横断的な連携：他の部門や顧客と連携し、製品のスムーズな展開を確保する。

問題が発生した場合は、すべての機械およびユーティリティシステムについて、迅速に対応して故障を解決し、記録を残してください。

-管理職から割り当てられたその他の職務を遂行する

- 職務要件:

機械工学、工業工学、または関連分野の中級以上の学位

日本語または英語でのコミュニケーション能力

-Microsoft Officeの操作に習熟していること

・日本の製造会社での2年以上の実務経験（精密ばね製造の経験があれば尚可）

産業用電気、自動化、機械工学、機械製造、メカトロニクス、工業工学、生産管理などの分野における技術的知識

・産業オペレーションおよび生産管理に関する知識

優れた分析力、問題解決能力、意思決定能力
