JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PHP Laravel, ReactJS, and Node.js, and will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of full-stack web applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications using PHP Laravel, ReactJS, and Node.js (proficiency in all three is required)
- Implement and integrate REST APIs with frontend and backend systems
- Design efficient database models and work with MySQL, MSSQL, or NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality coding standards
- Document technical designs, processes, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in IT or relevant self-taught experience.
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack development (were looking for candidates with solid technical foundations)
- Proficiency in:
- PHP Laravel (latest versions preferred)
- ReactJS (Hooks, Redux preferred)
- Node.js and Express.js
- Databases: MySQL / MSSQL / NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
- Solid understanding of REST API development and integration
- Familiarity with Git and modern deployment workflows
- Experience with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong logical thinking and good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation. Basic English listening and speaking skills - able to communicate confidently in a work setting.
- Candidates not based in Da Nang can work remotely, but should be open to occasional business trips to Da Nang for company events (with partial support on travel expenses).
- Certifications in PHP, Node.js, React, or AWS
- Experience with eCommerce, ERP, CRM, or POS system integrations
- Familiarity with global-scale or multilingual applications
- Skills in project management and task ownership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a deadline-driven environment
