仕事内容

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

Review quality requirements during the product development stage, identify potential issues, and propose effective improvements. Evaluate new materials and new production methods, and assess their suitability for mass production. Conduct verification and testing during the prototyping phase before mass production launch.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Review quality requirements during the product development stage, identify potential issues, and propose effective improvements
Evaluate new materials and new production methods, and assess their suitability for mass production
Conduct verification and testing during the prototyping phase before mass production launch
Perform quality checks and provide improvement guidance across manufacturing processes (materials, cutting, stitching, molding, finishing)
Investigate the root causes of defects and develop and implement measures to prevent recurrence
Lead quality improvement and process optimization activities at production sites
Prepare and update quality standards, inspection guidelines, SOP(Standard Operating Procedures), and related documentation
Communicate with overseas manufacturing partners (China, Indonesia, India, Brazil, etc.) regarding quality matters
Collaborate closely with ASV-related departments, headquarters, and overseas sales offices to share quality issues and develop solutions

YÊU CẦU:

Age: Under 35 years old
Language Skills: Business-level Japanese proficiency required (JLPT N2 or equivalent). Additional language skills, such as English, are a plus
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Experience: Working experience at a Japanese company, with involvement in production-floor improvement activities and process standardization.(From 3+ YOE)
Personal Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively engage in communication with overseas partners
Flexible mindset that values others’ opinions and can derive optimal solutions through dialogue
A hands-on approach, with the ability to calmly analyze issues based on manufacturing processes and material characteristics
Strong attention to detail and the capability to carry out continuous improvement activities to ensure stable product quality.
Về mặt kỹ năng, ứng viên cần có: kỹ năng N3, cùng với kỹ năng JLPT.
Để đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc, cần có hiểu biết về QA/QC, và nắm vững Quản Lý Sản Xuất.
