仕事内容

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

- Identifying hardware and software solutions.

- Troubleshooting technical issues.

- Diagnosing and repairing faults.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Identifying hardware and software solutions.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Resolving network issues.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.

YÊU CẦU:

Good level of English should be such that the candidate can communicate easily. Also writing skills needs to be at same level.
Basic Computer knowledge. Understanding of terms like: Web, desktop, mobile (android/iOS).
Experience in using Conference call applications like: Skype, Zoom, Teams is a plus
1-3 year(s) of other IT experience, knowledge and skill

Salary: $1000~1200 USD gross
Working time：Monday – Friday (2PM – 11PM)
