仕事内容

ビル管理者からの依頼により、会社の書類、帳票、契約書等の起草業務を行います。
・電話やファックスの交換機に応答する。
・お客様の会社への案内、接客。
- 送受信されるドキュメント、ドキュメント、および通信を受信、処理、および配布します。
- オフィスのセキュリティを監視し、記録の管理と顧客へのカード配布を通じて会社のアクセス制御を遵守します。
- 情報を受け取り、建物管理者に顧客からの問題/反省を報告します。
- 現場での文書の保管と管理は、その管理下にあります。
- 資産とツールを毎年監視するためのリストを作成する
- 清掃サービス、オフィス機器、建物の技術システムの維持管理、安定した運用と計画どおりの維持管理を確保する。
- すべての文書、公文書、建物の内部規則を合理的な方法で保管します (テナントハンドブック、内装仕上げ指示書など)。
- 部門からのレポートを統合し、週ごとの活動レポートを作成し、取締役会に送信する前に承認のために管理委員会に提出します。
- マネージャーに代わって、専門的な方法でサービス部門のスタッフ (セキュリティ、クリーニングなど) にタスクを割り当て、これらのジョブが適切に完了するように監督します。
- 技術的な調整を行い、マネージャーが出張/休暇に行ったときにマネージャーを引き継ぎ、部門の運営が適切に維持されるようにします。
- マネージャーと一緒に、割り当てられたときに会社の活動に関連する必要な運用上の問題についてサプライヤー/請負業者と協力します。
- 建物のサービスとユーティリティの毎日および定期的な検査。
- ソフトサービス請負業者の品質をチェックおよび評価するためのプロセスの開発と起草を支援します。
- 技術記事の作成、評価、および請負業者の選択の提案。
- セキュリティ請負業者、清掃、害虫駆除、ゴミ、庭のプロセスの遵守を監視する...契約に従って、安全、セキュリティ、衛生、造園の基準を維持することを保証する...契約、投資家の要件管理委員会。
