仕事内容

JOB SUMMARY:

This role supports requirement definition, bridges specifications between Japanese directors and the Vietnamese development team, manages tasks using Jira, propels projects forward, and collaborates on quality control.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Requirement Definition Support: Collaborate with Japanese directors to support clients (mainly Japanese startups) in specifying requirements from a technical perspective.
  • Specification Bridging:
    • Deeply understand the intent and background of the Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) created on the Japanese side, and convey them accurately and clearly to the Vietnamese development team.
    • Not only consolidate questions (Q&A) from the development team and confirm them with the Japanese side, but also be expected to propose solutions independently.
    • Create supplementary documentation using Confluence as needed.
  • Task Management:
    • Collaborate with Tech Leads, QC, and Creative leaders to understand the technical scope of impact and break down tasks (create tickets) using Jira.
    • Request effort estimations for the broken-down tasks from each leader and formulate a progress plan.
  • Project Propulsion:
    • Assign development members and manage daily progress based on the established schedule.
    • Constantly monitor the project status, identify and report issues and risks early, and act proactively to resolve them.
    • Quality Control Collaboration:
    • Review test scenarios created by the QC team.
    • Conduct operational checks after development is complete and perform final confirmation of test results to ensure product quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 level or higher, or equivalent fluent Japanese communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) in web application development projects.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in projects with Japanese companies as clients.
  • At least 2 years of practical development experience using any programming language.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Practical experience in Agile/Scrum development (2 or more projects).
  • Experience participating in projects as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Development experience with matching sites or e-commerce sites.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
  • Knowledge of the following development environments:
  • -Infrastructure: AWS
  • -IFrontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
  • -IDatabase: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, BigQuery
