    Job Description


    Track import - export - inventory details with warehouse cards

    • Create import and export vouchers when transactions arise.
    • Check quantity and quality of goods upon receipt. Coordinate the export of materials for assembly into complete sets.
    • Coordinate packaging and reconcile packaging data with the factory
    • Self-check actual data with data on daily and weekly tracking inventory cards
    • Classify product categories scientifically and easily for counting
    • Track received, sent, returned and warranty goods quickly
    • Monitor and reconcile monthly inventory with warehouse accountants based on bookkeeping data and actual inventory.
    • At the end of each afternoon, send exportable inventory data to the zalo group so that relevant departments can grasp the data.
    • Clean the warehouse, work with warehouse assistants to clean the warehouse when necessary
    • Perform other tasks as required by superiors
