- Job details:

Prepare the ingredients: chicken, vegetables, and sauce according to restaurant standards.
Prepare fried chicken, chicken in sauce, and side dishes according to the correct recipes.
Ensure that the food is served in the correct quantities, on time, and with the right quality.
Inspect and store raw materials according to regulations.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment.
Assisting with inventory checks and reporting stock levels to management.
Comply with food safety and fire safety regulations.
Coordinate with the service department to ensure fast food service during peak hours.

- Job requirements:

Experience in cooking is preferred (especially in fried chicken/fast food settings).
Quick, clean, and responsible.
Shift work, weekends, and holidays are possible.
